Hypergeometric Series and Their Generalizations in Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory and Physics Titles and Abstracts of Talks

The last decade has seen a veritable explosion of discoveries concerning Ra-manujan's Mock Theta functions. Starting with Sander Zwegers's thesis, a plethora of amazing results have followed, many from participants in this conference. Nonetheless, we are still a long way from understanding how Ramanu-jan came up with many of his results including the Mock Theta Conjectures (first proved by Hickerson). The primary object of this talk will be to draw attention to some of the remaining mysteries and, perhaps, shed light on a few.
